Creating Art

I would love to know if there is anything you think I should add, that maybe I missed in my slideshow! What are your thoughts? I have really enjoyed this course and can't wait for our next one!

  1. Jessica,

I love your idea of analyzing you own classroom for this assignment. I think you have a great start with all of these materials. I think you have made a great effort to create a welcoming environment for children and families of all cultures and backgrounds. Many of the materials you have included in your slides are materials I have in my own classroom but I also gained some ideas from your slides about other materials I could look into purchasing to my classroom more diverse. I really liked the puppets you included and the "people crayons". Great post!

  3. Jessica,
Wow, you put a lot of work into this week's blog. I really liked what I saw and the quotes that you included. As a teacher, I think it is very important to incorporate manipulatives and teach them about life experiences that they may face! You really seem to have a great connection with your students! That's great and always important!
